6. How to Control Quality of MaxLi Lifepo4 Battery Packs
1. Cell allocation and match group (cells voltage cannot lower than 3.0V, voltage difference is not more than 10mV, and Internal resistance 6-8MΩ)
2. BMS test (Over charge/discharge, over current detection, over temperature protection and etc)
3. We will do a functional test when it built into battery pack.
4. Quality department colleague will test battery voltage, current, capacity during production line
5. All battery will do aging test( charge and discharge) before shipping.
And you can see that there are over 200 aging points in our factory. Our machine is Re-power, which is famous aging test machine to promise battery aging data are correct. Besides, our battery pack will have aging test report and Shipment inspection report. (from our QC team)
